Empty boba pearls into a microwave-safe bowl and submerge them in water. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let the pearls sit and soften for an additional 2-3 minutes. Distribute the pearls evenly into 8 cups and add ice. Pour 12 oz of milk into a bowl. Choose one of the boba tea flavors, empty the packet into the milk and stir until it dissolves. Repeat with the remaining flavor packet. Fill the 8 cups evenly with your milk tea, add cup stickers, lids and straws, serve and enjoy!
