Unfortunately, you can not cancel once the digital Swift Gift has been sent to the recipient. All sales are final. Once you've purchased, your recipient has 30 days to choose their gift.
Fortunately, you'll also get a copy of the digital Swift Gift via email. If you accidentally enter the wrong email address when purchasing,you can forward your digital gift link to the correct address.
Each 'digital' Swift Gift is unique and can only be used once. So if you forward it to more than one person, only the first person to use it will be allowed to choose a gift.
Your secret is safe with us! All prices are hidden when they're selecting their gift, so everything is discreet.
If they haven't chosen a gift, we'll send them a series of reminder emails. We'll also send a copy of the digital Swift Gift to you, so you can forward to them if you suspect they're not opening our emails.

This is going to seem absurdly easy but stay with us. First, on our Swift Gift Page you'll select a 'Swift Gift' for $65, $100, or $150. Next, you enter your gift recipient's email. Then you'll be taken to a confirmation page where you'll personalize their greeting card and upload a video message if you'd like. All that's left to do is complete the checkout process and enter payment.
We take over from there. We'll email your gift recipient a unique 'digital' gift, which is a link to an online collection of at least six beautiful gifts. Prices are not visible so it's totally discreet and shipping and tax are already included. The recipient chooses a favorite from the gift collection and enters their shipping address. Then we package the gift up beautifully, create the greeting card with their name on it, and send the gift.
That's essentially it. We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know when they've made a gift selection. And they'll get a confirmation and shipping notice once they've chosen a gift and entered their shipping address.
