Empty 4 packets of pearls into a microwave-safe bowl and submerge them in water. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let the pearls sit and soften for an additional 2-3 minutes. Distribute the pearls evenly into 4 cups and cover them with ice. Next, pour 12oz of milk into a bowl. Choose one of the boba tea flavors, empty the packet into the milk and stir until it dissolves. Fill the 4 cups evenly with your milk tea, close each lid, insert the straws, serve and enjoy.
