The Story Of

The Steakhouse

Props of the Meat Theater

We’d like to invite you to the theatrical meat experience inspired by one of our favorite NYC steakhouses. A special size knife and fork were definitely a must in order to carve the gargantuan marbled grade-A ribeye. The Kansas City sauce, a three-generation secret house recipe, was made with delta honey. And the lava stone, on which we butchered our carnivore’s delight, kept the meat warm and juicy till the end of the feast--we swore that even at home, we would never serve our BBQ creations on a regular plate again.
