Begin by placing 2 Dried Cayenne Peppers, 2 Dried Chipotle Peppers and 2 Dried Guajillo Peppers in one of the bottles. Top off the bottle with beer, seal it airtight and let your mix sit for ten days. Once the infusion is complete follow the directions on the package to add other ingredients. When you’re ready, blend your mix to a smooth consistency, boil for 15 minutes, let stand for 15 minutes, strain it for a smoother texture and pour it back into the bottle using the included funnel. And that’s it—you just made your first batch of Beer Infused Hot Sauce.
